Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and want you to be happy about your order.
We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges on items received within 30 days of the original invoice date. Please e-mail us at email@example.com with your details.
We inspect all returned items and items returned to us with stains on them cannot be accepted.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable, except in cases where we have made an error.
All returns/exchanges will be processed within 3 business days upon receipt of the returned items.
If you have received the wrong item.
We are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange. All postage will be at our costs. Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly are not considered to be faulty and are therefore not eligible for return. Please follow care label instructions to ensure that your item retains its original quality.

If you have received a defective item.
Please also take pictures of the defects and send them along with your email to us. If we have found your item to be defective, we will offer you a full refund or exchange. All postage will be at our expense.
If you have changed your mind or if you have ordered the wrong size.
We also accept returns/exchanges for change of minds or if you have ordered the wrong size. We can only accept returns or exchanges if the item is still in its original packaging. Please note that you will be refunded the amount you paid less the postage fees and a re-stocking fee of $2.5 for each item.
