Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and want you to be happy about your order.
We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges on items received within 30 days of the original invoice date. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your details.
We inspect all returned items and items returned to us that are not in a saleable condition cannot be accepted. This includes items with stains on them, original packaging and tags removed, and damaged packaging where the item is sold in a gift box. Please note we do not offer trials on our products. If an item has been used and you decide that it is not suitable for you (eg. you don't like the feel of our sheets), we cannot accept your return.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable, except in cases where we have made an error.
All returns/exchanges will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt of the returned items.
If you have received the wrong item.
We are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange. All postage will be at our costs. Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly are not considered to be faulty and are therefore not eligible for return. Please follow care label instructions to ensure that your item retains its original quality.
We inspect all returned items and items returned to us stained or damaged cannot be accepted.
If you have received a defective item.
Please also take pictures of the defects and send them along with your email to us. We require the pictures to support your claim that the item is defective. If we have found your item to be defective, we will offer you a full refund or exchange. All postage will be at our expense.
If your item has been returned to us.
If your parcel has been returned to us because you failed to collect it or you have entered an incorrect address, then you will be liable for the return shipping costs. If you request to have the parcel re-sent, you will be required to pay for the additional shipping costs. If you no longer want the order, then you will be refunded the amount paid for the item(s) less the return shipping costs and a $3.50 restocking fee for each item.
If you have changed your mind or if you have ordered the wrong size/colour.
We also accept returns/exchanges for change of minds or if you have ordered the wrong size. We can only accept returns or exchanges if the item is still in its original packaging - has never been opened or used. Please note that you will be refunded the amount you paid less the postage fees and a re-stocking fee of $3.5 for each item.
Before making a purchase, please take note of the colour, fabric composition, measurements of the item(s) as mentioned on the website. Please contact us if you have any further questions on the product details if you are unsure of anything. If you have realised you have made a mistake after receiving your order, this will be considered a 'çhange of mind' return. In this case, we do not accept returns/exchanges if the item has been opened and used, as the item can no longer be resold.
We do not accept returns on our Clearance items due to change of mind or if you have made a mistake in your order.
