Can I change my order once I’ve finalised it?
As long as the order hasn't been dispatched, then you can change it. Please contact us to for a status of your order.

We accept Paypal, bank deposit (Australian customers only) and credit cards.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and want you to be happy about your order. We are happy to offer refunds on returns received within 30 days of the original invoice date if you have received the wrong item or a defective item. Please e-mail us at email@example.com within 5 business days after receiving your order so that we can assist you. Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly are not considered to be faulty and are therefore not eligible for return. Please follow care label instructions to ensure that your item retains its original quality.
We inspect all returned items and items returned to us worn or with stains on them cannot be accepted. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred for items shipped to us worn, altered, stained, or damaged.
We also accept returns for change of minds or if you have ordered the wrong size. Please note that you will be refunded the amount you paid less the postage fees and a re-stocking fee of $2.5 for each item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable, except in cases where we have made an error. If you have received the wrong item, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP so that we can ship out the correct item to you.
